As discussed, Matt had atrocious weather to cope with whilst replacing the lid and completing a gold service, but did so with a smile and some good advice.

"Just some feedback on your product support and moves teams. I have been dealing with Kelly from your support team who is so helpful and knows the Hot Tub products inside out. Kelly also arranged a hot tub move for me.
The team moving the hot tub were on the road at 5.30am had arrived at the location by 8.30am and on their way to the new location at 9.30am, the Hot Springs tub was on the new location by 12.00pm.The service provided by the moves team was first class, nothing was too much trouble and so care was taken as the hot tub had to be moved across a 3rd party's garden, just outstanding service.

"Just a quick e-mail to thank you so much for the Gold Service administered to my Hotspring Prodigy hot tub. Although I think I have performed the maintenance checks reasonably well over the 4 years I have owned the spa, I began to get a niggle that perhaps it would be wise to get a full check up and service. With all the trees near the tub I suspected that, over the years, it was inevitable that there would be a build-up of "crud" in the system. The Gold Service indeed proved this to be the case.
To know that everything is running well and at optimum, for the age of the equipment, is very re-assuring and I know too that there will be many more years of enjoyment to be had now that the service has been carried out.
