Adjust your straps...

to secure your lid down to keep heat in and unwanted visitors out

Do

Remove heavy snow...

Use mild soapy water and...

a non-abrasive cloth to clean off debris and dirt on the top of the cover and then rinse off thoroughly with clean water and dry with clean cloth

Do

Use a recommended vinyl protector...

preferably with a water repellent to help keep the vinyl supple and protect against the UV sunrays.

Don't

Stand, sit or walk on your lid...

Don't

Open it up in high winds

Put anything hot on it...

or any metal items that can transfer heat in warm weather

Don't

Use your spa with only half the cover lifted...

always open up the cover fully

Keep the lid closed when spa is not in use.

Do

When closing your lid...

and lowering the second half down allow the lid to drop the last 1" so that it makes a better seal between the lid and the lip of the shell.

Don't

Use your hot tub lid to party on...

or sleep off your hangover!

Don't

Put anything sharp on it...

that could puncture it

Don't

Refit the lid yourself...

as you may drill into plumbing on the spa or into the core

Don't

Forget to undo the buckles before opening
