Our service technicians are factory trained and shadow a senior team member until we’re satisfied that they’re qualified. We demand high standards from our staff.
As HotSpring specialists, you know that your hot tub is being repaired by a skilled engineer. We also carry most of their parts, and it’s likely that your spa will be repaired in one visit.

Call-out charge (includes 30 mins labour)
£96 (incl VAT) for England & Wales (excluding London postcode areas)
£126 (incl VAT) within a London postcode area (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC)
£150 (incl VAT) within London’s Congestion Charge zone / ULEZ
Any other surcharges e.g. parking
On-going labour rates & parts
After the initial 30 minutes, labour will be charged at £24 (incl VAT) per additional 15 minutes
Parts & accessories will be charged at our advertised rates

Initial fault discovery
There aren’t many faults that our service team haven’t dealt with. Initial diagnostics often reveals that simply replacing a filter, or releasing an air lock, will resolve your issue.
Detailed diagnosis & repair estimate
Your hot tub’s problem may be serious and require an engineer. Our diagnosis will approximate the cost of the repair (unless the fault's covered by manufacturer’s warranty or Spa Shield)
Arrange a date for the call-out
A date for our technician to visit will be booked. We won’t promise that the sun will be shining, but we do promise that we'll be there even if it's raining.
Day of the call-out
Our service engineer will call you in the morning with an estimated arrival time. If another job involves unexpected or complicated work, they’ll contact you with a revised time.
Onsite technical diagnostics
The onsite diagnosis often confirms the initial prognosis. Electrical faults or leaks can be harder to find, but our technicians are experienced and will track it down.
Assessment & quotation for repair
If the repair is covered by manufacturer’s warranty or Spa Shield, our technician will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, a quotation for the work will be prepared for you.
Repair work undertaken
Our vans carry most HotSpring parts, and we can often repair your hot tub during the call-out. In other cases, we’ll order replacement parts and schedule another visit once we’ve received them.
