Our returns policy

Our returns policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel for any reason (online and phone orders)

1. Just tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us
3. Please ensure the goods are unused, in the original packing, and in the same condition as you received them
4. We may arrange for the goods to be returned to us
5. We will refund the card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods back

Faulty or misdescribed goods

1. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair of any faulty or misdescribed goods
2. We will make the arrangements to have the goods returned to us
3. Any liability is limited to any statutory obligations that apply to us or our suppliers
